From the moment, you make an online purchase at to the day the products get delivered; we try to make the whole process of delivery as smooth as possible. We have a dedicated team of home-delivery specialists trained to carefully handle your cabinets at every step of the shipping/delivery process. Our aim is to ensure that you are a satisfied customer starting from the first day of order placement to the day your item is delivered to you.


The first-time standard deliveries for the UK mainland is free of cost, excluding some of the postal codes like AB16-56, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, PL, EX and TQ. Deliveries to these postal codes may take a time of 8 to 10 working days. For all overseas, offshore and other international deliveries, a standard charge will be applied and an extra amount will be calculated after the order. The delivery time might not include bank holidays and weekends.


For courier service, customer bookings can be arranged within a period of 72 hours from the time of order dispatch. We provide a delivery window of three hours, and offer online tracking of goods. We have a fully trained two-man delivery service. All vehicles are locked securely during transit and in unattended conditions. Further, the vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation and insured fully. The different types of service we use are:

We do not dispatch orders on the same day. There will be an additional charge for Saturday delivery. You can give us a call if you want a Saturday delivery. Items that require assembly service will need additional 5 days to dispatch. Any kind of delay will be notified to you, and when many items are ordered, all of them will be delivered at the same time.


We make every effort to make all your deliveries expedite. But sometimes the number of deliveries and orders may exceed, which can cause delay to the order schedule. Traffic congestion and weather conditions can also cause more delay. In such cases, we cannot compensate our customers for unavoidable delays caused by event, which is beyond our control.


At, we strive our best to keep all furniture goods in stock as much as possible, but at times there can be situations when the demand might have exceeded the supply, and gone out of stock. If an item goes out of stock after you make an order, then we will notify you immediately. For regular updates, you are requested to log into your accounts.

But they will entertain only ground floor level deliveries if there happens to be a dysfunctional lift system.
