Return Policy

If you wish to return the products on your own, you can do it without having to worry about. You will be required to take each of the goods that you wish to return along with a copy of your Order Acknowledgement email, delivery receipt and the payment card, which you used to pay for the goods.

In case you want us to collect your goods from your property, please contact us by calling on 0208 1447867 and speak to our Sales Advisor for collection of unwanted goods. Please keep your order number and delivery receipt handy. We will then make arrangements and our Sales representative will collect the unwanted goods.

TV Cabinets request you to return the packaging as well with the goods wherever possible as part of your agreement to return the goods in full. You will be required to bear the cost of returning the goods, except if the products are faulty or do not match their description. In such cases, all the reasonable costs incurred by you in the process of returning them, will be refunded by us. No collection fee will be charged if you return the faulty or incorrect goods.

In case, you decide to return the goods with your own courier and they happen to get damaged while in transit, you will be solely responsible for the costs incurred due to damage and we will need to charge you for the damage of the goods.

If you decide to return the goods after you have started their assembly, then please disassemble them to the point where they can be properly packaged and returned. However, if you think disassembly may result in damage to the goods, then please leave the goods assembled and inform us by contacting us or you can talk to our sales advisor on 0208 1447867.
